Kitchen and on the Trail

Custom knives come in many configurations, depending on use,  the kitchen knife is in a more controlled environment vs. the trail.  Blade thickness, bevel all have tradeoffs depending on use.  A thinner blade will cut ‘sharper’ then a thicker blade. Trail blades will have a sheath for safe carrying.
